HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
Items will be dispatched 6 – 10 working days after your order has been processed. This is because most items are handcrafted to order. However if you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate. Orders have a 1 – 3 working day delivery time for deliveries within New Zealand (rural deliveries may take longer). Please see our Shipping page for more information.
HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE PACKAGED?
Items will be beautifully packaged in a black card box printed with the Aurelium logo.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
We understand that it may be necessary to return an item to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order stating the reason for returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility.
Please send all returns to: 161 Pt Chevalier Road, Pt Chevalier, Auckland 1022, New Zealand. Any item that is returned to us is done so at your expense. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style please contact us at email@example.com with the size or style you require.
All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact, and must be unworn, unused and unaltered. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Any difference in price, as well as the shipping cost, will be payable before the item is dispatched. The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items.
HOW CAN I LOOK AFTER MY JEWELLERY?
Sterling silver will tarnish naturally over time when it is exposed to materials containing sulphur and acids (such as those found in sweat and skin oils or mineral swimming pools). It is important to clean your jewellery regularly to prevent any tarnish or discolouration from occurring.
To clean your jewellery, you can use liquid jewellery cleaners and polishing cloths specifically designed for use with sterling silver. These can be purchased at most jewellery stores. Please note that jewellery that has been oxidised should not be dipped in jewellery cleaner. Instead, the non-oxidised areas should be wiped with a polishing cloth, taking care to avoid the oxidised areas.
Please note that as each item is handcrafted to order, it may differ slightly to the product in the photo. Our textured designs are hammered by hand and individually imprinted, not cast or machine-made, therefore they will not be identical. They are unique, just like the wearer!
